To register and maintain an Account on the dadu44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

5.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dadu44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding Bets or Bonus Funds.

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dadu44 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify customer support immediately via live chat.

dadu44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials, or from your sharing of account access with any third party.

5.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, dadu44 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to deposit. KYC verification is conducted to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the Platform.

5.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Accounts will only be closed after any pending withdrawal requests have been processed and any active Bonus Funds terms have been assessed. dadu44 may close or suspend an Account at its sole discretion where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the direction of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using the following Malaysian payment methods supported on the Platform: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the fiat equivalent for cryptocurrency deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; the minimum deposit across all channels is RM10 unless otherwise stated in the cashier interface.

dadu44 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. • Each bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement (turnover requirement), which must be completed within the specified validity period before any Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.

The following rules apply to all Bets placed on the dadu44 Platform across sports betting, live dealer, slot games, and all other gaming products.

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the rules of the specific event and market as described in the Platform's sports rules section. dadu44 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle bets at amended odds where there has been a pricing error, data feed failure, or where an event result is in dispute. In-play bets that are accepted in error after the relevant match event has occurred will be voided.

8.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games are operated by third-party licensed studio providers. The rules applicable to each live game (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and others) are those stated by the dealer at the table or displayed in the game interface. In the event of a technical failure mid-round, the round will be voided and stakes returned.

8.3 Slot Games

All slot games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 8.4 Bet Settlement

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of dadu44's intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dadu44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures affecting access to the Platform or the settlement of Bets.
• Losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network conditions.
• Any loss arising from your breach of these Terms or from your provision of false or inaccurate information.

dadu44's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
